What’s Covered
This warranty covers any defects in the construction of your Old Country Cowboy Boots. It includes but is not limited to stitching failure, sole separation, and structural defects.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or neglect, alterations made by unauthorized parties, or damage resulting from improper care or maintenance.
Filing A Claim
